We charge $0.40 per square foot for most residential carpets, so you can calculate the approximate price yourself, or, if you don't know your square footage, use the chart below to estimate your cleaning costs. We have a minimum charge of $190 for all carpet and upholstery cleaning jobs.

Windows are calculated at $5.50 per pane for outsides only, and $9 per pane for in and out.  We also clean your screens.  For large jobs, please give us a call or send us an email and we will give you a more accurate quote.

If you are having trouble calculating your price yourself, or if you have delicate fibres like wool or silk, you can also go to our contact page to send us an email or call us for a quote over the phone.

Please note that we charge only for the area cleaned, so we will measure the carpets you want cleaned before starting the job to give you the final price. There will be no up-selling or hidden costs added to the cost of your cleaning.
